We are a periodontal practice devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural health of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in long-lasting oral health! As Certified Specialists in Periodontics, our doctors have completed at least 3 years of additional training after dental school in the fields of Periodontology and Oral Implantology.

Our Periodontists:

Dr. Joanie Faucher, Certified Specialist in Periodontics. 

"As a practitioner, my main objective is to care for our patients in a friendly environment while delivering the best treatments available to improve their dental health. My practice is based on integrity, compassion, and a comprehensive treatment approach in periodontics and oral implantology."

Dr Joanie Faucher is known for her warm and caring personality that can make even the most nervous patient comfortable. Originally from Quebec City, she completed her undergraduate studies and DMD at Université Laval in Quebec in 2009. She went on to receive her specialty certificate in Periodontology and Oral Implantology and Masters of Sciences from Temple University in Philadelphia. Her Master's thesis research on antibiotic synergies in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis was presented to the American Society of Microbiology. 

Upon completion of her residency, she joined the faculty of dentistry at Laval University where she was a Professor in the Department of Periodontics. She was responsible for the clinical and didactic training of the undergraduate dental students, and the residents of the Periodontology graduate program. She also maintained a referral based practice focusing on cosmetic oral plastic surgery procedure and dental implant rehabilitation. 

Joanie has received many awards for her academic and clinical achievements throughout her career and has presented her work to numerous dental groups and organizations. She also has presented her work to the JIDQ - Canada's largest dental meeting.  

Dr. Aleem Manji, Certified Specialist in Periodontics. 

“As the proud owner of Langley Periodontics and Implants, I look forward to maintaining our practice’s strong tradition of caring for our patients in a friendly and welcoming environment. I also want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the most informed decision for your treatment. We now know the importance of good periodontal health for our overall health, and so my goal is to help you to achieve the best oral and systemic health possible.” 

Originally from Calgary, Aleem completed his undergraduate training and dental degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2009. He subsequently completed his periodontal residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he obtained his Certificate in Periodontology and Masters Degree. His master's thesis work on maxillary sinus pathology was published in the Journal of Implant Dentistry.

His expert background in advanced tissue regeneration and dental implant rehabilitation have brought him across Canada to lecture to numerous dental groups. He currently serves as an advisor to the Willowbrook Dental Specialists Study Club, which provides continuing education to dentists and their team members throughout the Fraser Valley. 

Both Drs. Faucher & Manji are recognized as Board Certified Specialists in Periodontics in Canada and the USA. This means that they have successfully challenged the clinical and didactic examinations of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and the American Board of Periodontology. They are also proud members of the following organizations:
